I’ve been in the social media space for about 7 years now! In 2024, I thought I landed theeee dream job with a marketing agency. However, I quickly learned that they prioritized quantity over quality and the overwhelming burn out left little attention to spilt between clients. I knew I had to build something better.

Although I have been managing clients since 2019, leaving the agency was what inspired me to fully dive in to By The Sea Socials. So now, here we are!

I’m Atzimba — founder of By The Sea Socials, social strategist, content creator, and the calm presence behind your marketing. After years of working with wellness founders and women-owned businesses, I saw how often they were expected to juggle everything — running the business, raising families, supporting clients, and somehow still showing up online every day. I knew there had to be a better, more supportive way.

So I built a boutique studio rooted in partnership, clarity, and intentionality. I don’t believe in noisy marketing or hustle culture. I believe in thoughtful strategy, grounded creativity, and content that feels simple and sustainable. My first intro to growing on social media was through a small biz macrame account. :) I help in person workshops, did pop-up markets and started shating tutorials on YouTUbe & IG (rmember IGTV LOL)

I’ll be honest, I kinda lost myself here.

I went back to work, but By The Sea Socials was ALWAYS in the back of my mind. I was managing clients on the side..

I’d post on the bus ride to work and just think it would be impossible But I still wanted to grow in the marketing space so I got an internship at Kalologie MedSpa.
